Conference Cancellation Policy

2024 Cancellation/Refund Policy: To cancel a registration, a written request by email must be sent to Beth@itga.org. Please indicate Conference refund in the subject line.

  • Refund requests sent by April 5 will receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee.
  • Refund requests received between April 6 to May 6 will receive a refund equal to 50% of the registration fees.
  • Refund requests postmarked after May 6 will not be eligible for a refund.
