"As Mayor of a University community, I feel that the knowledge I gained from the modules will assist me in making a bigger difference in our community."

"I plan to pursue a career in higher education administration, so the certificate will help boost my credentials and give me better knowledge of town-gown relations."

"It required me to analyze the relationship between town and university in a defined framework. I am continually analyzing the world around me, but often it is less useful unless there is a framework to use."

"I appreciate the balance of theory and practice."

What I appreciate was the "...networking, meeting peers, having an opportunity to feel like I belonged/was connected." 90% of 2019's attendees said the certificate level course is applicable to any attendee!"

More than 250 professionals have completed the ITGA Certificate in Town Gown Relations since 2012, representing the US, UK, and Canada.
