An art professor’s journey through Italy has inspired a unique creative challenge at Ohio Northern University. In the Visual Literacy classroom, students are dreaming up their own 21st century “utopia,” using five historic Italian towns as a launchpad for their own visions.

Description of Benefit:

Annual resources from the Payment for Services Agreement helps provide for sustainability in the City's budget related to services for the entire community. Patrols in neighborhoods and the prompt attention to problem properties has led to a decrease in quality of life issues in those areas.
