The 2026 ITGA City & University Relations Conference will be hosted by the City of College Station and Texas A&M University. Conference activities begin May 19 with concurrent sessions on May 20-May 22. The conference will end after lunch Friday.

- Refund requests sent by March 15 will receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee.
- Refund requests received between March 16 to April 30 will receive a refund equal to 50% of the registration fees.
