Ali has over 25 years of marketing and business development experience in a variety of different settings. She has helped corporations, non-profits, small startups and educational institutions design and promote products and programs across multiple platforms. Ali currently serves as the Director of Community Relations for NAU where she works as a collaborator, connector and idea generator between the University and the community. Ali’s experience in working for a non-profit association, county, community college, and private start-up has enabled her to be able to move among various stakeholder groups and has allowed her to form strong connections and partnerships. She has served on several local non-profit boards in various capacities and is excited to be on the board of ITGA as the western region representative. Ali says that “ITGA is an invaluable network of engaged professionals and an incredible resource of ideas and programs.” She is excited to start her first term and is interested in including the student voice and hearing more from the international ITGA members.
